1. What you get

One-time, ready-to-run Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (images and/or short videos) plus ad copy for each (primary text, headline, description, suggested button). Files and copy only.

• Single Static (doorbuster) — 1 image ad + copy — $179 — 1 round

• Single Video (doorbuster) — 1 video ad + copy — $299 — 1 round

• Launch Pack — 5 ads: 3 static + 2 video — $1,497 — 1 round

• Scale Pack — 10 ads: 6 static + 4 video — $2,697 — 2 rounds

• Peak Pack — 20 ads: 12 static + 8 video — $4,497 — 2 rounds

Optional add-ons: Compliance check +$199 (extra review of offers/claims against Meta Advertising Standards — not legal advice). Rush +25% of the order price. Extra assets: $179 per static ad, $299 per video ad.

Built for local home-service businesses: plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, roofing. Delivered as a downloadable zip, sized for Facebook and Instagram feed, stories, and reels, plus a plain-English "How to Publish" guide.

2. What you do NOT get

• No ad account setup, no turning ads on, no running, monitoring, or managing ads. You publish the ads in your own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account.

• No monthly management. No ad spend (you pay Meta directly), no monthly fees, no calls or meetings (all communication by email).

• No targeting/budget management, landing pages, websites, or lead follow-up.

• No performance, leads, jobs, or ROI promise (see §7).

3. Payment

• Orders under $1,500: paid in full upfront before work starts.

• Orders $1,500 or more: 50% due at checkout to start work; remaining 50% due before final delivery. On 50/50 orders we may share watermarked previews before the balance is paid; final (unwatermarked) download unlocks only after the balance clears.

• Work starts only after the required payment AND a completed intake form are received. Prices in USD, paid by card via Wix Payments / Wix checkout (preferred). Stripe only if Wix checkout cannot cover a SKU.

• Ownership of final files transfers only after full payment (see §6).

4. Revisions

• Singles: 1 revision round. Launch Pack: 1 round. Scale Pack and Peak Pack: 2 rounds.

• A revision round = one combined list of changes sent in a single email within 7 days of delivery (or of the previous revision).

• Covers edits to delivered ads (text, colors, image swaps, small layout changes). A brand-new concept or a different offer/service is new work, priced at $179 per static or $299 per video.

• No reply within 7 days = order accepted.

5. Turnaround

• 3–5 business days after required payment AND a complete intake form (with logo/photos) are received. Rush (+25%): 1–2 business days.

• For 50/50 orders: the clock starts after the 50% deposit + complete intake; final files ship after the remaining 50% is paid (watermarked previews may go out sooner).

• Revisions: typically about 2 business days. Missing info or materials pauses the clock.

6. Ownership (IP)

• After full payment, you own the final delivered ads and copy and may use them anywhere, forever.

• Until paid in full, all work remains ours. Partial payment does not transfer ownership.

• You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us (logos, photos, reviews). We may use licensed stock or AI-assisted tools; stock licenses pass to you as far as the license allows.

• We may show the work in our portfolio by default unless you opt out in writing.

7. No results guarantee

We make professional ad creatives and copy. We do not guarantee results — calls, leads, jobs, clicks, costs, ad approval, or return on ad spend. Results depend on your offer, budget, area, competition, and Meta’s platforms.

8. Platform policy & claims

• You are responsible for making sure your ads, offers, prices, and claims are true and allowed — Meta’s Advertising Standards plus any laws for your trade (e.g., licensing, warranty, financing, "free" offers, pricing).

• We write copy from the info you give us and avoid obvious policy problems. The optional compliance check (+$199) is a closer look, but it is still not legal advice and not a guarantee Meta will approve the ads.

• If Meta rejects an ad, we'll make one reasonable fix to that ad within your revision window.

9. Refunds

• No refunds once work has started (work starts when required payment and intake are received).

• Cancel before work starts: refund of amounts paid minus payment-processing fees.

• On 50/50 orders: if you cancel after the deposit but before final delivery and work has started, the deposit is non-refundable; no further balance is due.

10. Cancellation

• You may cancel by email anytime. Before work starts: refund as above. After work starts: no refund; we deliver what's completed (for 50/50 orders, balance must be paid before final unwatermarked download).

• We may cancel and fully refund any order we can't complete (e.g., prohibited offers, misleading claims, unusable materials).

11. Other
