Who we are. Jason Leader d/b/a JLeader Growth (“we”, “us”) sells one-time Facebook and Instagram ad creatives and copy. We are based in New Jersey, USA. Contact: jason@jleadergrowth.com.

What this covers

This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, buy a pack, fill out an intake form, or email us. It is written for a small productized creative shop — not a large ad network.

Information we collect

• Order and contact details: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and order notes you provide at checkout or by email.

• Payment details: payments are processed by Wix Payments (and, if needed, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. Those processors handle card data under their own policies.

• Intake materials you send: logos, photos, brand colors, offers, reviews, service areas, and other assets needed to make your ads.

• Site/tech data: standard website analytics and cookies that Wix (or similar tools on our site) may collect, such as pages viewed, device/browser type, and approximate location.

We do not buy or sell personal information as a product.

How we use it

• To take orders, process payments, deliver files, and handle revisions or support.

• To create your ad creatives and copy from the materials you provide.

• To send order-related email (receipts, intake links, previews, delivery).

• To improve our site and packages (aggregated / non-identifying where possible).

• To show finished work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing (see our Service Terms).

Who we share it with

• Payment and site providers (e.g., Wix, Wix Payments, and Stripe if used) so checkout and hosting work.

• Delivery tools we use to send files (e.g., email or a download link).

• Professionals who help us run the business (e.g., bookkeeping or an attorney), only as needed and under confidentiality where appropriate.

• Legal or safety — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or against fraud.

We do not share your client materials with other customers. Stock or AI tools we use for production may process assets as needed to create deliverables; we use them only to fulfill your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order, intake, and project files as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle revisions, taxes, chargebacks, and legitimate business records, then delete or archive them when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete materials that are no longer required for those purposes.

Your choices

• Update or correct your contact info by emailing us.

• Opt out of portfolio use in writing (see Service Terms).

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

• Control cookies through your browser and any cookie banner on our Wix site.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (e.g., password-protected accounts, trusted payment processors). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or purchase after an update means you accept the revised policy.
